Paul W. Bates

VP Product Management, has 18 years of experience in research, analytics and technology.  At MarketShare Partners, Paul is responsible for developing, managing and deploying MSP’s products.  Additionally, Paul supports MSP’s continuous process improvement efforts.

Before joining MarketShare Partners, Paul was Senior Vice President of Digital Media at OTX Research, where he led the client service teams supporting TV, Home Entertainment, Videogame, Online and Multicultural entertainment clients. 


Prior to that, Paul was Vice President of Advanced Analytics at Information Resources (IRI), where he spent 12 years consulting with leading consumer packaged goods manufacturers and retailers. 
 
For 2 years, Paul was General Manager of BizRate.com’s eCommerce research business unit, where he launched several online shopping research solutions and served as the voice of the online buyer in numerous national media interviews.
 
Paul obtained his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance, Investments and Quantitative Methods from Babson College.
