Managing Director, MarketShare Partners Europe, is a seasoned consumer marketing and modeling expert in the packaged goods and spirits industry. Based in London, Hilary most recently has been Vice President, Marketplace Insights and New Business Ventures of Beam Global Spirits and Wine. Reporting to the CMO, she has been responsible for strategy, planning, analytics, research and innovation.
At Beam Global (Fortune Brands), she was responsible for the brand planning process, bringing the consumer to life for the organization, introducing rigorous research standards globally, and prioritization of all innovation projects.
Prior, Hilary was VP, Marketing Resources at Allied Domecq Spirits and Wine out of Bristol, England. She reported to the Chief Commercial Officer and SVP/Marketing, and was responsible for global analytics for all brands, including qualitative and quantitative research for core brands and local market leaders, performance measurement and evaluation, and consumer tracking systems.
Hilary was the 2005 winner of the John and Mary Goodyear Award for best international research, and speaks regularly at global conferences on marketing ROI and analytics. She earned an MBA from University of West of England, Bristol, and a BA from Open University in Milton Keynes. |
